Swift Stroll at Inverurie on 20 June 2019, 7pm-9pm

Would you like to know more about Swifts? This FREE event will help you to identify these iconic summer visitors and to find out more about their nesting requirements and life history. It will be led by Cally Smith of Huntly & District Swift Group and Glenn Roberts of the North East Scotland Biological Records Centre (NESBReC). On this gentle walk around the town centre we will try to identify nesting sites and show you how you can record your own sightings. This event is suitable for complete beginners and anyone wishing to improve their bird identification and recording skills. Any children must be accompanied by an adult and no dogs, thank you.
